Media (images and graphics)

If you want to use images, photos and other graphics in your online course, you can manage them in the WordPress media library. You can find the media library in the dashboard navigation under the item “Media”.

Click the “Add File” button to upload a new file that you want to use in your course. Then drag and drop the file you want into the upload area of the browser window or click “Select File” and add from your computer drive.

Please make sure that you upload images in the smallest possible file size to keep loading times short. JPG files up to a maximum size of 1280×1280 pixels are suitable. The file size should not exceed 250KB. Images with a size of one or more megabytes are definitely too big. Edit the images to meet these requirements before uploading them to your computer.
