An accessible service – whether it’s a building, a technical device, or even an online course – is one that can be used by everyone, whether they are healthy or have hearing, seeing, learning, or mobility disabilities.

Digital accessibility
In order for a digital learning offering to be usable for all people, regardless of age, ability or situation, it must be implemented in an accessible manner.
